How do I know which kittens are available?

Our Available Kittens page is kept up to date, with each kitten shown as Available, Reserved or Adopted. If a kitten you love is already reserved, do let us know — we are always happy to talk about kittens expected in the future.

How does adoption work?

You enquire about a kitten, tell us a little about your home and family, and we discuss the adoption together. Once we are both happy, the kitten can be reserved and prepared to join you.

Do you place kittens with every family who enquires?

Not automatically. Finding the right home is part of responsible adoption. We look for a safe, clean and calm environment, appropriate long-term care, regular veterinary attention and a commitment to lifelong ownership.

How is a kitten reserved?

Accepted Answer

Once a family has been considered suitable and a kitten chosen, the kitten can be reserved with a reservation fee of 25% of the total agreed adoption amount. Availability and pricing are discussed privately over WhatsApp.

What preparation is completed before a kitten leaves?

For kittens joining families within the United Kingdom, the standard includes the first vaccination, health checks and microchipping, all completed before the kitten goes home.

Question 7

Do international kittens receive a second vaccination?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Kittens joining families overseas do not leave us before their second vaccination has been completed, alongside health checks, microchipping and the appropriate preparation for travel.

Question 8

At what age can a kitten join our family?

Kittens go to their new families after they are at least eight weeks old, and only once their applicable preparation is complete.

What is a Pet Home adoption?

Most families adopting a kitten as a companion choose the Pet Home arrangement. Pedigree and ancestry registration documents are not automatically issued for Pet Home kittens — the difference relates to documentation and purpose, never to the kitten's care, health or quality.

Can pedigree documentation be arranged?

For breeders or families specifically requesting pedigree documentation, we can arrange the appropriate pedigree and registration paperwork. This requires additional procedures and is therefore a different arrangement from standard Pet Home adoption. Please contact us to discuss it.

Can a kitten join our family abroad?

Accepted Answer

We have experience with kittens joining families overseas, including Singapore. Destination-country requirements vary, and arrangements always depend upon the applicable transport and import requirements, so please contact us directly to discuss your country.
