A family home, and the cats who fill it
CatSkyLi is not a business that happens to keep cats. It is a family who fell in love with them, and built everything else around that.
Our Story
It started with Lila.
Our daughter wanted a cat. It was a simple wish, repeated often, and for a long time the answer was no — not because we didn't care, but because cats made me nervous. I had never lived with one, and I wasn't sure I could.
Then Lila came home. She was patient with me in a way I did not expect. Slowly, the nervousness turned into curiosity, and the curiosity into deep affection. Lila changed the shape of our family.
Over roughly a decade, that one relationship grew into something larger. Cats became part of everyday life here — sleeping in sunlit corners, greeting the children after school, watching us cook. In time, that life became CatSkyLi.
Ten years of British kittens
We specialise in British Shorthair, British Longhair and Scottish Fold kittens, raised entirely within our home.
Our kittens are never kept apart from family life. They are handled gently from the start, grow up with household sounds around them, and arrive in their new homes as confident, sociable little companions.
We keep numbers small on purpose. It allows us to know each kitten properly, to be honest with families about temperament, and to give the time that responsible raising genuinely requires.
We are based in East Sussex, United Kingdom, and we welcome enquiries from families across the United Kingdom and overseas.
